    Do you deliver globally?

    Currently, we only offer delivery within Pakistan, but we are excited to announce that we’ll be expanding globally very soon!

    Can I track my order?

    Yes, once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking details.

    Do you offer same-day delivery?

    Yes, same-day delivery is available in Faisalabad, but you must pay in advance.

    What is your shipping policy?

    What payment methods do you accept?

    We accept Cash on Delivery (COD), JazzCash, EasyPaisa, SadaPay, NayaPay, and online bank transfers.

    How does Cash on Delivery (COD) work?

    Select COD as your payment option at checkout. When your order arrives, simply pay the courier in cash.

    Do you accept returns?

    Yes, we accept returns under these conditions:

    • The item must have been purchased from our online store.
    • It must be unused and in its original packaging.
    • The return request must be made within 7 days of delivery.
