Shipping Policy

For All Domestic/Local Orders:

• Flat Shipping Fee: PKR 199 for all orders.
• Free Shipping: For orders above Rs. 2499 within Pakistan.

Estimated Delivery Time:

• Delivery: 3-5 business days after shipping.
• Order Processing: Up to 2 days after payment authorization.

Shipping Exclusions:

• No delivery to P.O. Boxes.
• Remote areas may experience longer delivery times.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders:

• COD orders are processed after telephonic verification.
• Sports Shirts may process COD orders without verification for verified customers or during high-volume periods (e.g., sales, promotions).

Order Tracking:

• A tracking number will be provided via email after order placement.
• Use the tracking number to check the status of your order.

Out of Stock Items:

• Available items will be shipped first.
• Customers will be contacted for replacements if any items are out of stock.
