Exchange Policy

Notification Time:
To request an exchange, you must inform us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Conditions for Exchange:
We will only exchange products if:

  • The item is physically damaged.
  • The wrong size or wrong color was delivered.

Return Shipping:
You are responsible for the shipping costs when returning items.

Courier Replacement:

  • In Faisalabad: A courier replacement service is available.
  • In other cities: Customers must arrange for returns themselves through a courier service.

Sale/Discounted Items:
No returns or exchanges will be accepted for SALE, Packs, Clearance items, or Customized products, unless they are defective.

Return Policy

Return Timeframe:
Returns must be made within 7 days of receiving the product.

Condition for Return:
The product must be unworn, unwashed, and unused. Items returned in unsatisfactory condition will not be accepted.

Refunds:
If you change your mind about the purchase, you will receive 80% of the purchase price as a refund or you can exchange the item.

Proof of Purchase:
Returns must be accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

Eligibility:
If your item is faulty, incorrectly described, or the wrong size, we will either:

  • Offer a full refund (including delivery charges).
  • Provide a replacement product.

Return Timeframe:
The item must be returned within a reasonable time, along with proof of purchase.

Customization Policy

Customized Products:
Customized items can only be exchanged if faulty, but cannot be returned.
